About powder coating
From the very beginning, powder coating in our company was not intended solely for painting our products. We developed it as a separate entity, independent of other activities carried out within the company. Our products wait in line alongside those of external clients. According to data from 2024, a quarter of UAB Gamyba’s revenue comes from powder coating. This demonstrates that we take our responsibility seriously and treat clients who approach us solely for powder coating services with care. For us, it is important not only to ensure the quality of the painted product but also to make sure that the painted products reach the clients safely and without damage. Therefore, we also take care of packaging the painted products.
About CNC
We use an updated ESAB combirex CXL-P 2500 machine with a Hypertherm Powermax 65A plasma source and a variable level coolant table. We can cut angles. This allows us to produce brackets without the need for a bending machine and allows us to speed up and optimise production.
About other services
When ordering a product that requires all of our offered services for production, we manufacture starting from a single unit. Orders that require only welding, bending, rolling, or turning are accepted only in larger quantities.
